1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Maven Flow. Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record, which means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your invoice and handles sales tax. The template licence itself comes from us.

2. Accounts

Accounts are identified by email address and secured with a six-digit code we send you. There is no password. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read your inbox can sign in. You may buy as a guest — an account is created from your checkout email so your licences have somewhere to live.

3. Purchases

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you are asked to pay.
• A purchase unlocks every platform edition of that template family that exists.
• Claiming a free edition does not unlock a paid edition of the same design.
• Access appears in your library as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

4. Flow Pass

• Membership is annual, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time.
• Each template may be redeemed once per account; the licence covers one project.
• Cancelling keeps redemptions open until the date already paid for; after that, new redemptions stop.
• Licences redeemed while a member remain valid permanently.

5. Licence

What you may do with a template is set out in the template licence, which forms part of these terms.

6. Refunds

The refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it limits non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not share private delivery links outside the licensed project team.
• Do not attempt to access licences, accounts, or data that are not yours.
• Do not automate abuse of sign-in codes, checkout, or the API.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we do, we will say why, and licences you have legitimately paid for are not removed.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the library reachable at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance and provider outages happen. Your licences do not expire because a site is briefly down.

9. Changes to templates and prices

Templates are updated over time and prices may change. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made, and an update never removes a template from a library that already holds it.

10. Liability

Templates are provided as-is beyond the defect commitment in the refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means the updated terms apply.
