Refund policy
A seven-day conditional refund, stated in the same terms the system actually enforces.
Last updated 27 August 2026
The short version. If you have not opened the template files, and it has been less than seven days, ask and we will refund you. Once you have opened the files, the product has been delivered in full and the voluntary refund no longer applies — but a broken template is always our problem to fix or refund.
Voluntary refunds
A voluntary refund is available when all of the following are true:
- It is within seven days of the purchase.
- No private delivery link for that purchase has been revealed. Revealing a link is the moment the deliverable changes hands, and your library records exactly when that happened.
- For a Flow Pass membership, no template has been redeemed on it.
To request one, email [email protected] from the address on the order. We do not ask for a reason.
Why opening the files closes the window
A template is not a subscription you can stop using — it is a file you now have. Once the delivery link has been revealed, there is nothing to return. Stating that plainly, and recording the reveal timestamp in your library where you can see it, is fairer than a policy that promises refunds it then declines case by case.
Defects
This is separate from the voluntary window and is not limited to seven days. If a template is broken, does not match what its page describes, or stops working because of a change we made, tell us. We will fix it. If we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we will refund you — whether or not you have opened the files, and whether or not seven days have passed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing above limits rights you hold under the consumer law where you live, and some of those rights cannot be waived by a policy like this one. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies. Tell us where you are and we will apply whichever is more favourable to you.
Memberships and renewals
- Cancel any time from your library — the membership stays usable until the date you have already paid through.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period; the seven-day conditional rules above apply to it.
- Licences you already redeemed stay in your library permanently, cancellation or not.
How a refund is processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically land in five to ten business days. A fully refunded purchase revokes the licence it paid for, and we email you when that happens.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a dispute. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which is slower for you than an email to [email protected].
