Questions
Is there a monthly plan or a trial?
No. Flow Pass is annual only, at a single price, with no trial. It is priced to be worth it after about 2 templates, so a shorter commitment would not be a fair deal for either side.
What does “one redemption per template” mean?
Each template in the library can be redeemed once per account, and the licence it creates covers one project. If you need the same template for a second, separate project, buy that template outright.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep redeeming until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, new redemptions stop — but every licence you redeemed while a member stays in your library and stays usable, permanently.
Does a membership include the marketplace versions?
A redemption unlocks every platform edition of that template that exists — if a design ships on both Webflow and Framer, you get both.
Can I get a refund?
The seven-day conditional policy applies: a voluntary refund is available while nothing has been redeemed or opened. Once a template has been redeemed, the membership has been used.
