One licence, one project

Every purchase, free claim, and Flow Pass redemption grants a licence for one end project. An end project is a single website for you, your company, or one client. Building a second site from the same template needs a second licence.

What the licence covers

• Every platform edition of the design you bought — if it ships on both Webflow and Framer, both are yours.
• Unlimited modification: change layout, copy, colours, structure, or anything else.
• Commercial use, including client work billed at whatever rate you like.
• Updates and fixes we publish for that template, for as long as you hold the licence.

What the licence does not cover

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the template, modified or not.
• Publishing it as your own template, theme, or starter kit on any marketplace.
• Sharing the private delivery links with anyone outside the licensed project team.
• Building a site-builder, template library, or SaaS product whose value is the template itself.

Client work

You may transfer the finished website to the client who commissioned it. The licence follows that project. You may not hand the client the raw template to reuse elsewhere, and you may not reuse the licence on your next client’s site.

Third-party assets

Photographs, illustrations, icons, and fonts shown in previews are for demonstration. Unless a template says otherwise, they are not included in the licence — replace them with assets you have the rights to before you publish.

Flow Pass redemptions

A redeemed Flow Pass licence behaves exactly like a purchased one, with one difference: it is created when you redeem, not when you join. Redeemed licences remain valid permanently, including after a membership is cancelled or ends. See Flow Pass for how redemptions work.

If a licence is revoked

A licence is revoked only when the payment behind it is fully refunded or reversed. If that happens, stop using the template. We will always tell you by email when a licence changes state.
