I bought a template but my library is empty.
Sign in with the exact email you paid with — that is how purchases are matched. Payment confirmations can take a minute to arrive. If it is still missing after that, email us the order reference and we will attach it to your account.
Can I use one template for two projects?
No — each licence covers one project. Buy a second licence for a second project, or redeem the template again is not possible on the same account, so a separate purchase is the route.
I bought the Webflow version. Do I get Framer too?
Yes, if a Framer edition of that design exists. One purchase unlocks every platform edition of that template family, and both appear in your library.
How do I cancel Flow Pass?
Open your library, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. You keep redeeming until the end of the period you have paid for, and every licence you already redeemed stays yours.
A template has a bug.
Tell us what you see and which page it happens on. Defects are our problem to fix — and if we cannot fix one in reasonable time, we refund it regardless of how long you have had the template.
Can I get an invoice with my company details?
Yes. Receipts come from Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and their receipt page lets you add a company name and tax number.
